Ensign Daniel Pinkham, 2nd Regiment New Hampshire Continental Line
Daniel Pinkham, was born at Dover, New Hampshire in 1754. He served in Captain Winborn Adams’s company, June 1775, was a sergeant in Captain Caleb Hodgkins company on Seavey’s Island, 5 November 1775. He enlisted in the Continental Army 18 April 1779 and was promoted to Ensign of the 2nd New Hampshire Regiment, 10 September 1776, and served to end of war.
After the war he married Patience Ham and lived in Madbury and later Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He was lost at sea in 1787 or 1788.
